These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Commerce Study Connect, including its website, courses, quizzes, account features, support channels, and linked services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The courses, tests, explanations, scores, and study suggestions are provided for general educational purposes. You must not:

4. Content and intellectual property

Commerce Study Connect and its licensors own or have permission to use the website design, course materials, question banks, text, graphics, software, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for personal, non-commercial learning. You retain rights in material you submit, but grant us permission to use it as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. Do not submit confidential or copyrighted material that you do not have permission to share.

Any contribution or support amount shown on the pricing page is voluntary unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The website may contain external or affiliate links. We may receive a commission or other benefit from an affiliate link at no extra cost to you. External websites are controlled by their own operators; review their terms and privacy notices before using them.

6. Privacy and DPDP compliance

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process digital personal data and how you can exercise rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
